This policy explains what Pip & Bo (the "app"), made by LookAI AB ("we", "us"), collects, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: support@pipandbo.com.
What we collect

We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal data. We do not show ads in the app.
Sharing with your partner
The app is built for two. Once you pair, your partner can see what you share in the couple space: your answers (only after they have answered too), photos, voice notes, drawings, notes and countdowns. If you disconnect or delete your account, your partner no longer sees new content from you, and content tied to your account is deleted as described below.
AI processing
Date ideas are generated by Google Cloud's Vertex AI (Gemini). Only the preferences you pick for that request are sent; your answers, photos and messages are never sent to the AI. Under Google Cloud's terms, Google does not use this content to train its models.
How long we keep data
We keep your account data while you use the app. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. That deletes your account and the data stored with it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example purchase records Apple keeps). Analytics events are kept for up to 2 years in pseudonymous form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA in California) you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email support@pipandbo.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Where data is processed
Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
