Terms of Use

These terms apply to Pip & Bo (the "app") from LookAI AB. Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA) also applies. If the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent allowed.

Subscriptions

• Some features need a paid subscription. The price and period are shown before you buy. One subscription unlocks paid features for both partners in a couple while you are paired.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. If a free trial is offered, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

AI features

Date ideas are generated by AI. Check that an idea is safe, legal and suitable for you before you follow it. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial or other), and you should not rely on it for decisions where mistakes could cause harm.

Content you share with your partner

Only share photos, voice notes and other content you have the right to share. Your partner can see what you share in the couple space, and may save or screenshot it, so share what you are comfortable with.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law, harass others, share content you don't have the right to share, create sexual content involving minors, or try to get around limits, security or paywalls. We may limit or close accounts that do.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you put into the app. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
